I had an amazing stay at Vico Bianco Raro Villas Smart Rooms Collection. The room was beautifully designed in a unique Grotta style, and the location was perfect - quiet yet close to everything Ostuni has to offer. The highlight for me was the spa, which added a luxurious touch to my stay.

The communication with the hotel was poor, as I only received the entrance codes on the day of check-in. This could have been an issue if I didn't have instant internet access.
